Looking for Volunteers!

Volunteer Opportunity: If you are looking for ways to get involved please email HESPTOFROG@gmail.com  we will be happy to work with you and figure out a role that aligns with your schedule.

  • Yearbook Coordinator - this role is not one parent putting together the yearbook!  You would assist Mr. DeLorenzo and Mr. Gillmore as they work diligently to put together the school yearbook.  This role would collect photos throughout the balance of the year from school events and room parents, as well as take photos when at school events.  Closer to the end of the year you would help organize them for the teachers and assist in any end of year yearbook needs.

  • Spring Fling Committee – We are looking for a few volunteers to help put together or biggest fundraiser of the year.  For those who don’t know the Spring Fling is an adult’s night out, which we plan every other year. Parents and guardians get to mingle enjoying delicious bites and drinks while also raising money for our school.  We auction off amazing items and events!  We are currently working to finalize a spring date and venue, but would love to start putting a committee together to make this night amazing for everyone!  If you are interested in a role big or small we would love your help!
